The Women's Premier League is a Twenty-20 cricket franchise league in India, with the inaugural season in March 2023. Royal Challengers Bangalore
Royal Challengers Bangalore, aka RCB, will be representing Bangalore. RCB is owned by Diageo. Indian top-order Batter Smriti Mandhana will be captaining the team with the help of Ben Sawyer as the Head Coach. They have assembled a great team with the likes of Ellyse Perry, Renuka Singh, and Megan Schutt on their roster.
UP Warriorz
UP Warriorz will be representing Lucknow in the inaugural WPL. UP Warriorz is owned by Capri Global. Australian Wicket-keeper Batter Alyssa Healy will be leading the team with the support of Head Coach Jon Lewis. UP Warriorz team is stacked with great All-rounders like Deepti Sharma, Grace Harris, and others.
