The chaotic spirit Beetlejuice is back in a sequel aptly named Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. Directed by Tim Burton, this film reunites audiences with Lydia (played by Winona Ryder) and Delia Deetz (Catherine O’Hara), who return to Winter River following Lydia's father's death. Lydia brings along her rebellious daughter, Astrid (Jenna Ortega), who, much to Lydia's horror, discovers the model of their town in the attic of their old home, reopening the portal to the Afterlife and unleashing the mischievous Betelgeuse (Michael Keaton) once more.

The cast also includes Monica Bellucci as Betelgeuse’s ex-wife, Willem Dafoe playing a ghost detective, Justin Theroux as Lydia’s husband (though not Astrid's father), Burn Gorman as a reverend, and Danny DeVito in a mysterious role yet to be revealed.
